WHO WE ARE

Started over 40 years ago with a mission to bridge the gap between the classroom and the office, San Diego State University’s Finance & Investment Society (FIS) provides students with the opportunity to further their industry knowledge, expand their professional network, and pursue a career in high finance. As the premier finance organization on campus, FIS is home to SDSU’s brightest finance students and alumni across a wide range of sectors in the financial services industry.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Members will have exclusive access to our speakers, workshops, competitions, research programs, company recruiting events, internships, networking nights, discounted certifications, mentorship opportunities, social events, community service, executive board leadership roles, and a vast network of students and alumni. Many FIS members have secured internships and full-time roles in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, wealth management, corporate finance, startups, accounting, and more.

  • All SDSU students (undergraduate and graduate) of any academic discipline with valid RedID numbers are welcome to join FIS.
